Why we chose:

Bar Academy was founded in 2019, and since then more than 500 applicants have been able to learn the profession. The course is led by experts in the field: Aleksandre Tsiskadze - bartender, mixologist, 9-time Georgian champion and Vasil Ghonghadze - bartender, mixologist, 7-time Georgian champion.

How the process works:
The client goes to the Bar Academy, a presentation and a master class are held, which includes the following topics: What is a cocktail?; Introduction to basic inventory; Introduction to basic cocktail preparation techniques. Participants prepare 3 cocktails, taste them and receive a certificate at the end of the master class.

The masterclass is held in a group, you will join other participants of the masterclass. The date of the masterclass depends on when the minimum number of participants is reached (usually once a week), the minimum number is 4

What is included:

-Theoretical part;
- Practical part, preparation of 3 cocktails: Daiquiri, Negroni, Aperol Spritz (Cocktails can be changed, at the request of the guests).
- Tasting of prepared cocktails;
- Certificate.

Restrictions:
- Allergy to alcohol;
- Minimum age 18 years.
