When entering the HOHO site, you select the category you want for whom you are choosing a gift. From the given services, you select and add to the cart 1 to 10 services that you think the recipient will like. You will pay the price of the most expensive one of the selected services, and the recipient will choose the one that they like the most. If the service he/she chooses is less than what you paid, the difference will be credited back to his Hoho account and he/she can use it to purchase another service.

Then, you go to the "Cart", read the terms of use of the service and go to the payment stage, which includes the following stages:

• Choosing gift packaging (pink/green box, envelope, online certificate);
• Information about you (name; surname; phone number, email);

• How would you like delivery (pick up from store; deliver to me; deliver to gift recipient)
• If you use the delivery service, you must fill in the recipient's information (name; surname; phone number; address);
• Payment (payment can be made online).
