What is 'Qigong'?

'Qigong' is traditional Chinese practice, which combines movement, breathing and meditation. The main point of 'Qigong' is to attract energy in body, to maintain this and control it.  With this practice you will feel so energetic, without heavy and intense body load. This is completely safe and  healthful for all adults

 

Why did we choose yoga at Giga?

Giga is a teacher of 'Qigong' with 17 years of practice. His lessons based on traditions and methods of world class masters. Giga aims to achieve specific results after the first training session. His teaching methods have attracted many students from all over the world.

Yoga is held every Saturday at 11:00 o'clock.
